BIG church

Yesterday SaraBeth went to BIG church for the first time. She did really good! The only funny thing about it was as soon as the preacher started, she said, when are we going to sing again, mama? I thought it would be the longest sermon of my life, as I was holding my breath as to what she might say or do, but to my surprise, she did GREAT! Thank you Lord :)

Mary Kimble's party

Yesterday afternoon, we went to Mary Kimble's baby doll birthday party. It was so much fun. The girls took their babydolls and strollers. They played games, got their baby weighed and measured by a REAL nurse, Mrs. Rochelle (who happens to work at Woman's hospital and held BOTH of my girls the first day they were born):)That made it extra special to us!! The girls had a blast! Happy 4th birthday Mary Kimble! We had so much fun at your party!!

Revolutionary Parenting

I am excited about this class that Aimee is teaching at our church on Wed. night. I had to miss last week because I was out of town for work, but I am ready for tonight. :) Lord, help me to be the kind of parent that you would have me be. This is truly my prayer, and I want to raise my girls the way that Jesus would have me do this. The girls are really getting to the age where I think this class will be just what I need to hear!

Kelly's Kids

Tomorrow night, Jan. 20 from 6-8, I am having a kelly's kids party at my house. The spring/summer line for girls and boys both are super cute! Hope you all can come to the party! See you there :)

Pop's birthday dinner

Tonight we had Pop a family birthday party for his 52nd birthday that is coming up this Wed. the 12th. We ate pizza and cake! We are getting ready to watch the National Championship game together :) Pop opened his presents and he got alot of MSU stuff!! Happy Birthday Pop, we LOVE you VERY much!!!!

Mostly Ice

At our house, we didn't get much snow, but mostly ice :(

Dr. Tiffany

I have to put a plug in for Dr. Tiffany Green. She is a great pediatric dentist, and my girls LOVE her. They have the coolest clinic called Southern Smiles in Flowood.TVs on the ceiling and headphones for the kids to wear while getting there teeth checked. So if you are looking for a dentist for your kiddos, your should definitely go see her!

Tiffany P. Green, DMD is a native of Jackson, MS. She graduated high school from Jackson Academy and then attended Mississippi College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her doctorate from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Tiffany pursued her passion of working with children and completed a 2-year pediatric residency at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. (Go Gators!). Dr. Tiffany has also achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

The girls went to see Dr. Tiffany last Thus. afternoon and both got good reports. I didnt get any pictures because they were both BIG girls and went back by themselves. I sat in the waiting room. I couldn't believe it!!! I have to admit that it made me a little sad that they didn't need me to go back with them and didn't even look back at me. But I was one proud Mama when Dr. Tiffany bragged and went on and on about what sweet girls they had been and were such BIG girls! They both had clean happy teeth, and Dr. Tiffany said it all looked great :) We go back in 6 months for a checkup!

Makynlee's hayride and bonfire party

This afternoon was Makynlee's birthday party. They roasted marshmellows, hotdogs, and went on a hayride. She had a blast!

Happy Birthday Carson!

SaraBeth had Carson Burrell's party today at 11:00. They had pizza, cake, ice cream and a JUMPER! SaraBeth had a blast playing with her school friends, especially Braxton :)

Happy 3rd Birthday Gracie Kate!

We had a great time at Gracie Kate's fairy Tinkerbell party tonight :) The girls loved the slide and jumper! Fun, fun!!

London Fairfield Legate

Yesterday, my best friend from high school, Ashley, had her baby! We went and saw them last night, and baby London is the sweetest baby :) London was born on Jan. 6 at 2:02 pm and was 7lbs 4oz and was 20 1/2 inches long! I see MANY girl playdates in our future!!!
