Hello 3rd Trimester!!!

Week 28
Your baby is the size of a head of iceberg lettuce, and she takes 20 to 30 minute naps regularly these days. Baby's Length: 14.80 in. Baby's Weight: 2.22 lbs.
Until now, your baby's eyelids have been fused shut, but this week she'll begin to open and close her eyes. What's more, her irises are now filled with pigment. Even if you could peek at the color of her peepers now, though, they might not stay that color, as a baby's eyes can change up until she's 6 months to 1 year old (especially if Mary Margaret is born with baby blues like SB and Mal).
I went to see Dr. Cole yesterday morning. The appt went well, and the heart rate was good. She has been very active in my stomach lately too! (which I love) I am measuring right on time, if not a little early, which is normal for me. Dr. Cole was pleased, and I will go back in two weeks on Sept 23 for 30 week sono and appt. I am excited about having another sono, since I haven't seen this sweet baby since 18 weeks!

Cool Tuesday

Wow! The weather outside is wonderful and cool. I can't believe it! I know it is probably not here to stay, but I am going to fully enjoy it while I can. :) I am super thankful to see the sunshine today too. So glad the rain is gone, hopefully for a while. We enjoyed relaxing this labor day weekend, as much as you can possibly relax with 2 very hyper, energetic girls!!!

The girls were up and ready to go to school this morning early! SaraBeth's class is going on a field trip to the high school football field today. The 4 year old's are learning about SPORTS this week. Mallory's class is learning about SHAPES this week. We are looking forward to the upcoming weekend as well. I have a Dr.'s appt Friday morning, and we have Carson's birthday party on Friday night, then Sat. morning early, the girls and I along with Pop and Nana are heading to the MS Gulf Coast. We are staying at Beau Rivage! My dad has some meetings down there, so we are tagging along for a day, they are staying a little longer. I am super excited! Destin is going to Oxford to do some golfing and then the Ole Miss game. We will all be home on Sunday afternoon, us in time for awana :) Quick trip, but we are still excited. Shopping, seafood, maternity massage at Beau Rivage, DiD I mention, I am EXCITED!!!!

Mary Landrum and SaraBethBurton and Mallory
Sarah, Mary Landrum, and SaraBethSweet London and Mallory!
The girls had a blast tonight watching the cheerleaders, band, and football game! They loved playing with friends and the snowcones too! Fun night :)

Greyson's Tailgate Party :)

Tonight was Greyson's 3rd birthday party. The girls had a blast in the jumper and playing with all their friends. Happy Birthday Greyson!! We love you :)

ORANGE

Mal has had fun this week learning about colors :)

27 weeks :)

Mary Margaret is the size of a head of cauliflower, and she's growing fast! Since the 12-week mark his crown-to-rump length has probably tripled.
Baby's Length: 14.41 in. Baby's Weight: 1.93 lb. Your baby has been hiccuping every once in a while for several weeks, and now you might actually feel these baby hiccups, which are triggered by the involuntary movements of his diaphragm. (In adults, this is followed by the quick closure of our vocal cords, which is what makes that familiar "hic" sound.) But because your baby's trachea is filled with fluid instead of air, his fetal hiccups don't make a sound. They will make your belly jump though, which is fun to see and feel! I go back to the dr next Friday. :)

GO DAWGS!!

Today is the day, season opener vs Memphis!!! Tonight at 7:00. Go STATE :)

Purple!!

Today Mallory is learning about the color, purple!!! SaraBeth is the leader at school in her class, so she is super excited! She loves to be in charge, I guess she gets that from her daddy :)

tickets bought :)

Soooo excited about Mistletoe Marketplace Brunch on Friday morning, Nov. 4, this year. I just got our tickets!! I will be 36 weeks prego, but ready to go. I always look forward to the holiday season, but this year, I really am. We always have a great time on that Friday morning, my mom and I meet my dear friend, Ashley, and her mom, and we have a wonderful time shopping and visiting. We get extra time to catch up, since we don't see each other all that often. In high school, we were inseperable, but we are all grown up now and have our own lives, but it is always nice to get back together! Looking so forward to it!!!

Today Mallory's class is learning about the color green. It is Mal's favorite color, so she should have a really fun day!!! SB wore green too, but was too grouchy to get her picture made :)

Silly Mal's Hairdo :)

The girls had so much fun having crazy hair. Here is what they did to Mal's... SaraBeth had hers done too, but I couldnt get a picture of her quick enough, she got a clip stuck in hers and had a meltdown trying to get it out!!!

Ballet-Gym

Mallory's first day of ballet was today. She LOVED it!!! MawMaw took her for me this afternoon at 1:45, so I don't have any pictures of her first ballet lesson, but I am sure I will have some really soon :) She loves to put on her ballet outfit with tap shoes at home all the time. SaraBeth is taking gym on Tuesdays at 5:15, and she LOVES it too! She can do a really good donkey kick and is working on cartwheels and bridges. They are both having fun!

COLORS week

Mallory's 3 year old class is learning about colors this week ,and today's color is black; Tues.- green, Wed.- red, Thurs.- purple, and Fri.- orange. I know she is going to have a fun week. SaraBeth is learning about the place we live-Kosciusko this week, and she is wearing the colors with Mallory too :)

Happy Birthday Jack!!

We went to Jack's golf party at FBC gym Sat. afternoon. The girls had fun in the jumper, playing with friends, and riding Jack's new golfcart he got for his birthday! Happy 2nd Birthday Jack!!!

26 wks on the 26th :)

Your baby is nearly as long as a zucchini, and her eyebrows and eyelashes are thick and lush.Baby's Length: 14.02 in. Baby's Weight: 1.68 lb.
Your baby has settled into a distinct sleep-wake pattern. You may notice that sometimes she's very active and kicking or punching, and other times she sleeps. If you're lucky, these patterns will mimic yours. My 26th week started on Friday, Aug. 26 :) I had my sugar test in Jackson bright and early! Dr. Cole said I passed with flying colors!! Yay!!! My iron is low, so I have to start taking some iron pills :( I did this with SaraBeth too. Anyway, Mary Margaret's heartbeat was good. The appt went well. I go back in 2 weeks, Sept 9. Then I will have a sonogram on Sept 23 at 30 weeks to see how much she weighs and if she has turned (she was breech at 18 weeks). I am keeping my fingers crossed!!

School Spirit Day

Go Whippets!!!
